Unethical dealership in Alaska. 11/25/2024 I purchased a used Mercedes with 5,000 miles. When I went to look at the vehicle i decided it would be a good idea to trade in my ram tru 11/25/2024 I purchased a used Mercedes with 5,000 miles. When I went to look at the vehicle i decided it would be a good idea to trade in my ram truck to save money for gas. I asked if the sales man if the Mercedes had two keys and I was told yes. I asked for the car fax and the paperwork given to me reported that the vehicle had no damage and the previous owner took good care of the car with maintenance. After purchasing the Mercedes they only handed me one key, a just a few days with the Mercedes, i started to notice the car would take an hour to heat up in the morning. I let my sales guy know of the issues. Because the vehicle still has a manufacture warranty, the sales man, The sales manager, and the GM manager, told me they could not help me and I would have to take my car to Mercedes to get the vehicle worked on. I still have a 60 day warranty on the vehicle so they should be able to help me out but refused. After taking my car to Mercedes myself I asked for the service history of this vehicle and found out the vehicle had been serviced for front collision damage. The damage of the vehicle was never disclosed to me. I confronted the dealership of the damaged and they told me they did not know of the damage of the vehicle. With further investigation I found that the bmw dealership made repairs of the damage when they had possession of the vehicle. I asked for a refund and because they do not have a refund policy they refuse to help me. They discriminated me and mentioned my age when speaking to me about the decision I made when i signed the paperwork. I have to dive my 9 month old son that has medical conditions in a freezing car every morning and they have no sympathy for what they have done. I will be filing a consumer complaint to the state of Alaska for unethical practices and protecting my consumer rights. I’m providing all the screenshots so you guys can see for yourself. The dates of repairs and when the bmw dealership had ownership of the vehicle are listed on the car fax I received and service paperwork i found myself after I purchased the vehicle. The first screenshots are the false CARFAX I was given before I purchased the vehicle. I’m sharing my experience with the public in hopes this doesn’t happen to another person. Please beware of this dealership. More

We as a family have purchased 3 BMWs and 3 other brand vehicles. I have purchased vehicles at other dealerships and gotten service at them in the past, there is no comparison! BMW service managers are s vehicles. I have purchased vehicles at other dealerships and gotten service at them in the past, there is no comparison! BMW service managers are spectacular, Trent is amazing and should be cloned so I can hire him at my workplace! Keep him happy!!! Also, Nathan is a phenomenal sales rep. He checks in with my whole family to wish them happy birthday on their birthday, and asks how we are doing! The customer service here is beyond amazing! More
