I took my Porsche Cayenne in to have my extra key programmed. I was greeted by David Barron my service writer and he did an awesome job in making sure I was taken care of. He was also super awesome as he was the gentleman who ordered my key and called me in 2 days to tell me my order was in and to book an appointment with Service.
