Horrible, they don’t know anything. Very rude staff! They tested my battery and said everything was fine after showing them my receipt from auto zone stating that my battery was bad. They didn’t want to inspect my battery and told me everything was fine. I went to a different dealership of Honda and they replaced my battery under warranty. More

My car is on recall. I received the first notice in late October. I made an appointment, told them it was a recall. When I got there, I was told they did not get the p I received the first notice in late October. I made an appointment, told them it was a recall. When I got there, I was told they did not get the parts yet. Second time I called to make an appointment, thankfully someone told me that they did not have the parts. Last Thursday was my third attempt. When I got to Honda, I was told that they just used the last replacement part. I had a reservation for over a week. They need to order the right amount of parts for people coming in for this issue. This is totally unacceptable. Now, here I am waiting again. I was told I would get a call when the part becomes available. I can't say I can trust that. Now I have to take more time to keep calling almost daily. Even doing that, will there be a part for me when I arrive? Based on all of the above, I don't think so. More

Banks is my guy there, always helps me out, works with me on pricing. You guys need more people like him. No xx, & empathetic with the customer.
