I arrived at the Honda dealership for my 8 AM service appointment at 7:20 AM. Within minutes, an employee came to my car and took all the service information from my dashboard and directed me inside. Onc appointment at 7:20 AM. Within minutes, an employee came to my car and took all the service information from my dashboard and directed me inside. Once inside service advisor, David went over all the required information and the service and the recall that my car needed. After getting all the information he gave me an approximate time that the service would be finished and directed me to the seating area of the waiting room. They had nice free very good coffee. It was great considering it was a very cold day outside. About 15 minutes sooner than I was told my car would be ready, It was done. David went over everything and when I should bring the car in for my next service. My car was delivered to the door and it was such a wonderful experience. I have been driving for many many years and have had a large number of automobiles. The service experience and the whole purchasing experience at this Honda dealer was one of the best I have ever had. They are so efficient and easy to get to. It was great. More

But the salesman and others talked and talked and convinced me to make a deal, To make a long story short ..I was not ready to make a decision yet.
