The reason for the rating of only a three is when we got home and looked at the paperwork it said they had replaced the battery and we had to call to find out why. I arrived at the front desk for my 1st service visit. I was greeted and immediately escorted to the service dept. Approx 4 male employees were standing there, but no one said a word. Finally the older of I was greeted and immediately escorted to the service dept. Approx 4 male employees were standing there, but no one said a word. Finally the older of the 4 stepped up to the counter and asked what he could do for me. I told him it was the 5000 mile service. “Where are you parked?” he inquired. I told him in the front, left of the front entrance. He looked confused, then said in a short voice, “well, typically most people park outside the service area here. I guess I will look for your car.” It didn’t feel like a helpful comment, but rather like I was being lectured. I commented again that it was my first time there for service. He found my car, and I was out in 40 minutes. He was much nicer and pleasant while I signed my papers. The visit was great other than his less-than-welcoming words. More

The actual service was great. However the smell in the waiting room was very strong of exhaust smell which is very unusual at this location. Also the process of making the appointment wasn't not smooth as usual. I normally provide the mileage and the person at the service department tells me which service is due and I decide what to do for the appointment. The person told me I should know what I needed to schedule the appointment for. NOT HELPFUL More

My only complaint is that they removed old air filters to show my wife then charged labor to install new ones. I’m just curious where the extra labor was because if she said not to replace them and that I wo show my wife then charged labor to install new ones. I’m just curious where the extra labor was because if she said not to replace them and that I would do it then they still had to put old ones back. I worked for commercial refrigeration outfit for years so I’m sympathetic to how companies make money w/ service work but they would have never charged labor on a warranty job. Kind of disappointing. Next time it’ll be a hard NO on everything. Other than that they were quick and professional. More
