My only complaint is that they removed old air filters to show my wife then charged labor to install new ones. I’m just curious where the extra labor was because if she said not to replace them and that I wo show my wife then charged labor to install new ones. I worked for commercial refrigeration outfit for years so I’m sympathetic to how companies make money w/ service work but they would have never charged labor on a warranty job. Kind of disappointing. Next time it’ll be a hard NO on everything. Other than that they were quick and professional. More
