Went in for the free oil change at 10,000 miles. When I returned home I checked the oil level and it was 1/2 inch above the full line on the dip stick!! I have always heard that overfilling was very dangerous. Not sure I have any confidence in the staff at Victory Toyota. More

I always take my car here, but that day, they seemed a little more stressed than usual. All my other visits have always been pleasant conversations with staff and joking, but that day, everyone seemed off little more stressed than usual. It’s always fast in and out, which I appreciate because I always have my small children. I’m not sure if it’s the change of ownership or what, but I hope this isn’t the new norm. More

The reason for the rating of only a three is when we got home and looked at the paperwork it said they had replaced the battery and we had to call to find out why. I arrived at the front desk for my 1st service visit. I was greeted and immediately escorted to the service dept. Approx 4 male employees were standing there, but no one said a word. Finally the older of I was greeted and immediately escorted to the service dept. Approx 4 male employees were standing there, but no one said a word. Finally the older of the 4 stepped up to the counter and asked what he could do for me. I told him it was the 5000 mile service. “Where are you parked?” he inquired. I told him in the front, left of the front entrance. He looked confused, then said in a short voice, “well, typically most people park outside the service area here. I guess I will look for your car.” It didn’t feel like a helpful comment, but rather like I was being lectured. I commented again that it was my first time there for service. He found my car, and I was out in 40 minutes. He was much nicer and pleasant while I signed my papers. The visit was great other than his less-than-welcoming words. More
