My car is currently at Kia North due to a faulty engine. The engine is being replaced but I am being told I can't get a loaner until you have the ETA of the new engine which is on back order. I am spending a lot of money getting back and forth to work in Ubers and I have canceled important doctor appointments due to having no car which is due to NO FAULT OF ME!! I have seen people get loaners for oil changes. I can't go months and months without a car because of Kia's faulty engines. I need a loaner ASAP. I would appreciate all callback.
