But Valentino worked with me to build this truck just like I wanted! He has no commission and only received his based on units sold, not dollars sold. Holy s+&that a radical concept! The other great part was that Valentino didn't have to go back and forth to anyone to make descions . ONE person to deal with. This in it's own was amazing! He was also very respectful of my requests. And I had many. Got the TRD dealer lift on my truck and all unused/swapped parts were packaged and left for me to sell on forums. David the service tech was also spot on. Understood my my questions and addressed them all with perfect consideration! Valentino even delivered my new truck to my home! They had a lack of loaners because of the ongoing battery shortage so my trade in became my loaner. Valentino understood my anxiety about driving my truck before the deal was done and proactively took care of it. What more could you ask for. I'm 55 years old an have owned over 30 really nice vehicles, but none ever new. Closest was my CPO trade in. They made this so painless and stress free that I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. Best experience ever! More

Outstanding customer service by Luis Cuevas We have purchased several vehicles over the years. Some experiences were ok and others were very stressful and uncomfortable. When we first moved to the Goodyear area, we were looking for 2 new Toyotas. We were greeted and assisted by Luis c. and were treated like gold. We made the purchases and the whole process was so easy and comfortable for us. We again came to see Luis and traded in our vehicles for a new Highlander. Again, with Luis, this was such an easy process. Luis calls from time to time and checks on our status and has made himself available if we ever have questions. He is the most courteous, professional person we hav ever dealt with. His customer service is over the top fantastic and this is why we came back to him for our vehicle needs.
