Couldn't even perform a simple oil change I checked into the place to get oil changed at 1. I waited around till 2 and ask him when my car is going to be ready, because I saw it sitting in the I checked into the place to get oil changed at 1. They told me it takes about an hour I told him I was already there an hour. then he went to go look at it and came back and said sorry can you come back later I'll give you a free one. I said it looks like my car got looked over. He goes oh we're just busy. I don't know I saw someone come in after me and they went out before me. Their service was horrible More

They lied about what would be covered due to a recall. I work with the public and understand that the customer is always right and should not be treated with disrespect. More

Great price, good service, long wait time Really aggressive pricing on a brand new 2016 Odyssey EX-L. Was very happy with our purchase, and the staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. T Really aggressive pricing on a brand new 2016 Odyssey EX-L. Was very happy with our purchase, and the staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. The process was mostly hassle-free, though we did end up being at the dealership for almost five hours (9:45 AM-3:30 PM) through lunch with no food provided or readily available. This is obviously not something that a dealership is obligated to take care of, but it would have been a well-received gesture, especially for a young family who is making a new car purchase and somewhat locked into staying put for an extended amount of time. We have a three year old, so things got a little dicey towards the end. This is perhaps something the team could be a bit more attentive to. We found a few scuffs/scratches on trim pieces when we were getting ready to leave. Both Ray and David were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. We do have to bring the vehicle back to have the pieces swapped out, which is a minor annoyance, but I was grateful for their eager assistance. Despite the long wait I was very happy with the process. In the day or two following the purchase the team has been super responsive to a number of questions and requests. I would definitely recommend Honda on Grand. More

Terrible Customer Service, they will lie to you! My nephew gave a Honda Civc to my daughter, the airbags had deployed prematurely due to a recall. Before accepting ownership of the car I called Hond My nephew gave a Honda Civc to my daughter, the airbags had deployed prematurely due to a recall. Before accepting ownership of the car I called Honda on Grand asking if all airbag repairs would be covered under the recall telling them no less than 4 times that the airbags had deployed prematurely sending my nephew to the hospital. MaryAnn there assured me the car was covered and would be fixed at no charge. I take a day off work to bring the car in and the service manager says the airbags won't be covered despite what the dealership had committed to and told me to call Honda US. The service manager was rude and said all MaryAnn does is answer phones, yet she told me specifically that she would check everything out and call me back, which she did assuring me everything would be fixed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! More
