Felt more like friends were helping me out instead of it being a business atmosphere. Paul Marino was exceptional and Dave Yargeau was personable and had contagious energy and enthusiasm. I will most certainly be recommending Honda of Watertown to anyone I know who’s in the market for a new car. I was dreading this experience and I was very pleased I went through this dealership. More

Unfriendly customer service sales department I was dismissed with an insulting remark on the way out by the sales person. he shouted come back to show me the car you'll buy for the price you are I was dismissed with an insulting remark on the way out by the sales person. he shouted come back to show me the car you'll buy for the price you are indicating while laughing. The manager was present and they all laughed. What an insult just because I did not accept their offer. I went to BMW BOUGHT A NEW CAR. paid more for a brand new car and all was absolutely worth it. Their customer service was amazing and very fair prices. More

What a GREAT salesman Dave Yargeau is!!!We bought 2013 Honda CRV,they didnt have the color what I want in stock so they relocate exactly the model and color I want in just 2 days I had my beautiful car (S Honda CRV,they didnt have the color what I want in stock so they relocate exactly the model and color I want in just 2 days I had my beautiful car (Schaller salesperson said that will take a month...lol)Great service,honest and will recommend Dave Yargeau to anyone-very good,professional salesman!!!!Thank You Watertown Honda!!!!!!!
