Our salesman was courteous and carefully explained the paperwork process and demonstrated the features of the car we purchased. I was disappointed in the interior cleaning of the vehicle as there were large clumps of dog hair between the seats, however, Horatio immediately got a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the dog hair and went over the interior of the car again with the vacuum Overall my wife and I are pleased with our experience purchasing the car. The Carfax report was especially helpful in our purchase decision. More
