The absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! These people will lie and cheat you while smiling in your face. I have them one star because there wasn’t an option of zero! I actually waited severa These people will lie and cheat you while smiling in your face. I have them one star because there wasn’t an option of zero! I actually waited several months after purchase to ensure I wasn’t “hot headed” when I wrote the review! All I can tell you is if you want any kind of honesty and integrity, go somewhere else! They screwed me so bad that I’m still paying for it several months later. They sold me a piece of junk on a Saturday that they had not even taken through their inspection process. I did not want to buy it until they had checked it. They assured me that if I bought it, they would check it and fix anything wrong with it. They said if it was anything too expensive to fix, I could just give the truck back and get something else. Well lo and behold, there was several things wrong and they only agreed to fix one issue because the others cost too much. So…I said, just take it back and I’ll get something else. Their answer was, I could trade it in and my offer was $9000 less than I paid for it two days earlier, prior to their inspection and empty promises! This dealership is worse than any two bit corner car dealer you will ever find! Pure trash! AVOID at all cost! More

The employees of this dealership are amazing. Dave Smith in Sales, Matt in Finance, the service dept and Jennifer in customer service were all so professional. I called to see if they still had Dave Smith in Sales, Matt in Finance, the service dept and Jennifer in customer service were all so professional. I called to see if they still had a car shown on website. Dave Smith responded immediately and gave me all the details. The next morning I drove to dealership and all transactions went smoothly. Matt in finance does a superior job. After having the car two days there was a problem with driver side door lock and mirror. Service dept immediately told me to bring it in. Crystal in service is very professional, she got me a new car to drive and kept me updated on the repair. Jennifer in customer relations kept checking with me for any issues or if she could help in any way. This is the 2nd purchase my family has made from Jimmy Britt and we will continue to buy from them. Thank you Dave, Matt, Chrystal and Jennifer Connie More

We went in to attempt to purchase a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro that they have on their lot. (This wasn't just "any" Camaro, I had owned the vehicle previously and had to sell, it was the Vehicle that my wife and that they have on their lot. (This wasn't just "any" Camaro, I had owned the vehicle previously and had to sell, it was the Vehicle that my wife and I left our wedding in) the vehicle looked pretty immaculate online. When we arrived on Saturday we were met with a trainee (which she was extremely polite) the car.... I will just say not as advertised. It was dirty when we got there, had a almost dead battery in it. We finally got it cranked and went for a test drive. I still wasn't turned away "as I should have been" just on condition, started talking to a sales manager, who had assured me by text that on the last day of the month they wouldn't loose a deal over "hundreds of dollars" and he would give me a 50 dollar gas card just for coming in. (Never received) while talking with him, it was noted that the trunk wouldn't open from the interior button or the key fob that was taped up with electrical tape. And was told the shop was closed could we go forward with the deal? I told them that would be an issue as the battery was in the trunk. I was told by the sales manager that they could run it through the shop but a battery or anything else would affect the price of the vehicle. Keep in mind, this vehicle was not marked "as is" I understand that they have to recoup money invested in a vehicle. But to know that someone is coming in from 3 hours away and not even have a semi clean vehicle that will definitely start with no issues is unacceptable. I'm not even going into all the other small issues I found on the vehicle.... at the end, just due to sentimental reasons I was still willing to take the chance and buy my old car back so I made him an offer, of about 2k less than what his last offer was and he was completely offended. So I'm sad to say that I walked. I believe this dealership could do better. My wife also overheard another mad couple leaving that the price went up after they arrived. I should also note that I am into fixing up cars. I in no way expected this vehicle to be in like new condition. But also I didn't expect it to look like it belonged on a buy here pay here lot. Edit on January 17th. After posting this I received a prompt response from the Supposed owner. He assured me that I would hear back from the manager at the dealership which I did 2 days later. He very shortly ask "how can we make a deal thats fair to both of us" long story short. Leaving the car in the exact condition it was in they would only come off another 500 bucks. The car wasn't worth it, even with the sentimental value. This was on January 2nd. I reminded them of the promised gift card and they said they would get one sent out. 15 days later now and still no gift card. The car is also no longer showing available at their dealership. I am very disappointed that they were not able to atleast "try" to be reasonable given the history I had with the vehicle. Very sorry dealership with poor customer service. I feel for anyone shopping here. More

My recent new truck buying experience at Jimmy Britt was the best I’ve ever had. Most of my experience was completed via phone calls and text so communication was key. Dave Smith was on point with constant the best I’ve ever had. Most of my experience was completed via phone calls and text so communication was key. Dave Smith was on point with constant communication and providing answers for all questions and concerns prior to purchase. The sales manager (Steven) was also amazing. Product knowledge and exemplary customer service is clearly something they pride themselves on. My experience was so great that I will gladly drive nearly 2 hours for future vehicle purchases. More
