I was keeping an eye on a Honda CR-V and sent two requests for information the previous week thru CARFAX. I did not receive a reply from anyone so I called Wednesday morning and was connected with E requests for information the previous week thru CARFAX. I did not receive a reply from anyone so I called Wednesday morning and was connected with Ethan. I let him know when I was on my way and was told that I have been working with Dave Smith. I had not had any contact with Dave until I was at the dealership. Apparently he sent me an email AFTER I had called that morning. Something just felt off. We test drove the vehicle very soon after we got there, negotiated a contract and bought the car. Then waited, and waited, for financing, which was also odd because we were paying cash. A lady also waiting compared it to going to the dentist. I understand that I bought a used car with no warranty but two days later the tire pressure light came on. Tires are filled fine. I believe according to the Carfax report this was an issue that had been fixed. I love the car but am not a fan of the time it took to pay cash (3 hours), the switch in salespeople or that I have problems within the first few days. I was not told that I had a home delivery option so I had to return to get the vehicle later that night. Maybe not offered on used cars? More
