I had my car scheduled for service at 7am, was unable to reach anyone to see if my car was being serviced. My sister went to check on the status of my car and was given the run around with no clear answers reach anyone to see if my car was being serviced. My sister went to check on the status of my car and was given the run around with no clear answers and then treated as though she knows nothing about cars. Was told my airbag would be fixed as there is a recall and then was told by the associate helping her she didn’t need to come in all mad and with an attitude. She then left and I still heard no update about my vehicle even with numerous calls to the dealership and no calls back. My husband later then went to get the status of my car and it took 15 minutes to collect the information on my car and was told the only service done on my car was the oil change and that the airbag was in back order for an undetermined amount of time. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was potentially going to buy a new Buick in a few years but with Southern Buick being the only dealers in this area most likely going to stick with Honda. More
