Took my truck for a recall and it’s been a huge pain. Left my truck for two days and they didn’t complete the work. They ordered parts and I was told they would be there in a couple days. It’s been two and a half weeks now and they still do t have the parts! Extremely disappointing More

It takes them too long to change the oil. They don’t offer appointments anymore you have to walk in and the wait time it’s over 2 hours.
