Overall the service was excellent with the sales team staying after hours on our initial visit. Destination Kia certainly lived up to being an award winning dealership. However there is always room for improvement. On the day we picked up the new vehicle we at one point waited for 45 minutes with very little interaction. Also as mentioned in a previous review I too was blindsided by the finance manager's explanation of the service contracts which altered the monthly lease payment. I would have expected the sales team to have prepped me for that conversation. On the whole a quality car leasing experience. More

They go the extra mile There was a problem getting the car I wanted in the timeframe I'd asked for. It didn't arrive on time from another dealer out of state. (Granted it was Christmas time and snowing and I was very demanding) Destination Kia seemed as bummed out as I was and refused to let me drive away unhappy. They paid my first car payment, added a cargo mat and a free remote starter installation and threw in a $50 prepaid credit card and a 40 inch flat screen TV. My first oil change will also be free of charge. I dealt with Shawn Morgenstern in sales. Super nice, patient guy. Let me test drive and walked around letting me check out cars in a snow storm. I had a specific car in mind and I had a trade in. Destination Kia is the ONLY dealer that would give me an estimated price over the phone. Every other dealer said you have to come in-I have to see the trade. Sean said "if your trade is worth this much then I could put you here... and If your trade is worth that much I could put you there", etc. So at least I had an idea about price BEFORE going to the dealership. I got the Kia Sorrento with the convenience package and I'm loving it. More
