Raelyn is an energetic young woman who i would recommend to anyone looking to buying a car. They are willing to work with you and you don’t get the feeling you’re dealing with the stereotypical car salesman. A great experience and I’m in love with my 2017 Kia Optima. I would and will recommend Destination Kia to everyone. I haven’t dealt with their service dept, however if it’s like their sales dept, I look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

Everything was great until we had issues with the car they just sold us 6 days later... Destination Kia is horrible. We had to go to another dealership (Fuccilo Kia) to trade in the car that they sold us. Destination Kia essentially turned us away when we had issues with the car only 6 days after purchasing. After meeting with the sales manager and the general manager they wanted to offer us $6k less for trading in the car we bought less than a month ago. JUST UNACCEPTABLE customer service More

Horrible customer service Im currently in my third lease with destination Kia and I can't wait for it to end. I decided to go from the optima to the sorento because of my grow Im currently in my third lease with destination Kia and I can't wait for it to end. I decided to go from the optima to the sorento because of my growing family. I was assured that three children in car seats would fit in the back seat and I would not require the third row. They don't fit. I've contacted the dealership to work something out to get into another sorento with the third row and I've gotten no where. The general sales manager (Dave) was supposed to be looking into things for me and I haven't heard a word in two months. I'm beyond frustrated and still taking two vehicles to all family outings. I thought they would be willing to help out since I've been leasing with them for years but at this point l've been treated as a nuisance. I don't recommend this dealership if you want to be treated with respect. This lease can't end soon enough. More
