The whole staff at this Dealership has aways been fair and aims to please. I have leased 3 OPTIMA TURBO'S ( 2 from Destination) through them and have every reason to believe that buying out my 4th was in and aims to please. I would have continued leasing the Optima, but the company stopped producing the model. Unfortunately, they took many of the best features away from the new K5 line, so I decided to keep what I had. Always a great experience at Destination. The process from the time you get there until you leave work the car is perfect. Only hold up was NYS DMV, obviously not your fault.
