DISHONEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT. IN THIS DAY AND AGE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS WOULD RATHER STEAL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FROM CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN BUILD LOYALTY. This is the worst dealer I ever used my wife baught a certified pre-owned 2021 Chevy traks from the day after we bought it the check engine light came on we took in and did not get a rental car for a mon certified pre-owned 2021 Chevy traks from the day after we bought it the check engine light came on we took in and did not get a rental car for a month and a half and I started paying on the car after 2 months and the car sat in there shop. Now it is 8 months later I tried to take in cause it not blow air or heat up inside. They said it be a week it have to sit there before they look. They could not give a rental. I took to a nother dealer and they say that it was never submitted or anything for the warranty and the issue will cost over 1000 dollars to fix. Bever Chevrolet is the worst dealer I have ever been to. They do not know how to take care of customers especially those who served and retired from the military.
