The only Subaru dealership I will ever need! I've leased my last three cars from Garavel, and though I have moved to a town that has it's own Subaru dealership, I still come back to Garavel. Miles has always been good to me, and since his promotion to sales manager, Dave has carried through the amazing customer service I have received from the beginning of my relationship with Garavel. I love my new CrossTrek! Dave was able to find the exact car I wanted, and updated me multiple times a week to let me know the status! Even though there was no news for weeks, Dave kept me in the loop at all times, so I knew he was working hard on my behalf. That's the kind of service I expect from any provider of goods or services, and Garavel always delivers. I also appreciated Dave and Miles going out of their way to prep my car for pick up the day it came in, as I was unable to pick it up on the upcoming weekend. I highly recommend Garavel to anyone considering a Subaru. You will not be disappointed. More

We have been and continue to be, most pleased with our purchase experience as well as service. We shopped around just to be sure but returned to Garavel which proved to be by far the best choice. Dave Novik was our knowledgeable, friendly saleman, Miles handled the trade of our 2008 Outback and Land Cruiser, Tom made the paperwork easy and painless, Rich has been my go to for excellent service for years. On a personal note, as a professional editorial auto photographer being extremely meticulous is mandatory. Professional My husband and I had been to 2 other dealerships and were very leary of finding a car that would fit our needs. We found the dealership to be aesthetically pleasing and professional looking first off and then we met our Salesman Dave Novik. He was very knowledgeable (it was amazing all the facts he knows about Subaru), persistent in getting us the car and very patient. Once we got our new Crosstrek, Dave ran through it with precision so that we were comfortable with everything in the car to drive it home. Awesome Dealership! After being skeptical of dealerships, my fiance talked me into looking at a used car at Garavel Subaru that her mom had found during a service for her After being skeptical of dealerships, my fiance talked me into looking at a used car at Garavel Subaru that her mom had found during a service for her car. We first met with Bryan at the used car lot who answered anything we could ask him about any car we saw. We then met our salesman Dave Novik. He was very polite and professional, he addressed all of our concerns and was patient with our questions. Between Dave Novik and the Paul Albert we got a great value for our trade in and made a deal on our new (to us) car. We were directed to Tom, the business manager to work on the sales paperwork, as well as any warranty questions and options . Tom helped us get a better rate on our loan, and addressed any further problems we had, including getting hungry. After eating some some apples and signing some paperwork we were directed back to Dave who helped us update our insurance paperwork and had coordinated getting the car cleaned and ready to go. The entire experience was much more pleasant than I had anticipated and I will definitely be sending them any business I can! The entire staff was friendly, easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable. Edit: We forgot a few CDs in my fiances car, I called Dave the next business day and he tracked the car down and recovered the CDs we had forgotten. He even offered to have then shipped to us! This dealership has definitely earned my future business! More
