I did not feel pushed or rushed to make an on the spot decision and was given a no nonsense quote without having to come in and "meet" with a salesman. Dave my salesman was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and explained every inch of it and its features to me. He even beat another quote I recieved after we had agreed on a selling price. More

Great Subaru dealership attentive to detail Garavel Subaru struck me as being a very well managed car dealership, very much attentive to all details of the sales process. My sales person Dave N Garavel Subaru struck me as being a very well managed car dealership, very much attentive to all details of the sales process. My sales person Dave Novik did a great job taking me through the sales process, explaining the features of the car I wanted, and making the whole buying experience both useful and hassle-free. Tom Nerreau, the business manager, was great, too, taking me swiftly through all lease signing and other administration. I look forward to bringing my car to Garavel Subaru for service as I hope that Garavel's attention to detail also extends to Service operations. I highly recommend Garavel Subaru. More

My entire experience, from first phone call to driving out of the lot: EXCEPTIONAL!! Had to change my first appointment; Edison was there to help me. He was kind, understanding and patient. Myles Shapiro was/is my "go-to" guy! What a knowledgeable professional, yet very laid-back! My care transaction was handled by Dave Novik and Tom (finance). Dave, to me: is the consummate gentleman in addition to having a great sense of humor and knew my Outback.. inside and out! Explained EVERYTHING to me............he has the patience of a saint! Onto Tom in finance; what a guy! Felt like I knew him for years! Easy to talk to, yet professional. He has an easy going manner about him that makes the customer feel comfortable. I cannot forget LuLu! Mastiff mascot at Garavel. She is the sweetest dog ever! Made the whole experience at the dealership like being at a friends home! What a way to purchase/lease a vehicle! More
