Great Sales experience, Poor Finance dept experience. For Sales, I rate Dave Novik tops, the very top. He explains everything thoroughly and says I can reach out to him to help me with all this new technology in the cars. Thank you, Dave. I appreciated your outstanding service. As for the Finance dept, I expected help in understanding and explaining the costs of the car and its fees, etc. But, what I got were sales pitches about all the added products I could get, without enough time to figure out what I would need and not need. If I had it to do over again, I would have walked out of the dealership. Those products would add up to $6000 on top of my new Limited Outback. Absolutely outrageous!! Best said, if I had talked with the Finance dept initially, I would not have bought a new car at this dealer. This is my opinion. More
