I also worked with Lou from the finance department who was great and got me a good rate and monthly payment. Michelle from the insurance department made it super easy for me to get a reasonably priced plan for my new car. Additionally, the delivery of a car to a customer has vastly improved since the last time I purchased a car. Lou had all the paperwork ready for me to sign, my plates were transferred when I was singing, and I was out driving my new car in about an hour! I would 1000 % recommend Denooyer Chevrolet. I really appreciate that the staff do not treat women differently and I can go purchase a new car alone with confidence. Local Chevy dealers had little to no stock so I found Denooyer Chevy not far away and worked with Dave M. from first time of tracking the in transit status of my vehicle of interest, its arrival to the d Denooyer Chevy not far away and worked with Dave M. from first time of tracking the in transit status of my vehicle of interest, its arrival to the dealership, thru prep and delivery. Of the 7 new cars I purchased new in my life this has been the easiest to get through. Dave M. followed up on all my concerns and inquiries and closed the deal for delivery on the targetted timeline. Nothing was pushed on me that I did not want. Though the MSRP price was not reduced Dave gave me an important accessory I was interested in. The overall rating is primarily because of my interactions with Dave M. and his follow throughs. I hope future service of the car is just as good. More
