Mitchell CDJR sets the standard for customer service. 1100 miles from home, Check Engine light comes on in our 2020 Ram and noticeable engine issues. Contacted Mitchell CDJR, Wesley Roberson, Service Adv 1100 miles from home, Check Engine light comes on in our 2020 Ram and noticeable engine issues. Contacted Mitchell CDJR, Wesley Roberson, Service Advisor, instructs us to bring it in and they will investigate. This was after another dealership, informed us that they could look at it in a month. After review Wes had to deliver the bad news that there was a catastrophic engine failure. Dave Marshall, Service Manager assured us that they would do everything possible to expedite delivery of parts, and required shop time to get us back on the road. Additionally, he committed to a timeline that would keep us from returning home to the northeast while waiting for repairs. We contacted a national car rental agency and learned they had no cars available. Dave assured us they would help, and connected us with Jessica Mcguffin, Customer Coordinator. She arranged a weekly rental, and drove us to Mitchell Nissan to pick up the car. The rental was a 2024, reasonably priced and very easy on gas. Upon return Dave provided a loaner, while Tech Mike Ray finalized the major repairs. Once complete we were assured that driving the 1100 miles home would be fine. Most of those miles were on interstate, there were, and have been, no issues. I realize that this is a lengthy review, but this team needed to be recognized for their natural customer service and actions. More

Service representatives consistently lie about the status of pending repairs! I took my vehicle in to have the seat heater replaced on a 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series III twice. The first time I took it in they of pending repairs! I took my vehicle in to have the seat heater replaced on a 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series III twice. The first time I took it in they gave it back to me as though the repairs were made. The seat was not fixed and the heater turned off with 15 minutes. I went back in before I ever pulled off the lot to inform them that the repairs were not made. They told me they didn't have the the parts and to call Chyrsler to get the parts sent to them. Even though this was the service department's responsibility I called Chrysler to get the parts, and the part were mailed to the service department before my repair appointment was scheduled. They have had my vehicle for two weeks and claim that they are either waiting on parts or don't have technicians to complete the repair. Technical Service Bulletin 23-006-22 REV. C describes the repair my vehicle required. Within it, only 8.8 hours of labor is needed to complete my repair. I was told a plethora of lies such as "We have to order parts," "The parts we ordered came in broke," "We don't have trained technicians to complete the complex repair," and "A new bulletin came out that we didn't know about" to name a few.
