I've worked with Dave the past few years, setting up service appointments for our Mercedes-Sprinter motorhome. Communications prior to the appointments are straight forward and he always provides an inf service appointments for our Mercedes-Sprinter motorhome. Communications prior to the appointments are straight forward and he always provides an informative answer. Arriving for the service appointment and Dave is always organized, handling the paperwork efficiently and professionally. His communications during the performance of the service are direct, updating the process as well as informing of any additional service needs the technicians have found. When all is said and done, he goes through the service report and makes sure there are no questions. It is always a pleasure to work with Dave. More
