When telling the salesman I have told him that I was getting a loan through my bank he then proceeds 2 run my credit through 9 different loaners I had an unfortunate run in with a deer that had caused damage to my car where as I came all the way in to the dealerships location to informed him the my car was damaged he looked in in my eyes not once but twice & told me that it would not have an impact on my trade in I also asked if the car would have to be fixed & told me I had nothing to worry about he told me @ a later time that he would not be able to except my cas as a trade in upon that being said I was denied a loan through my bank to where now I have no choice but to take a loan from capital 1 which has a much higher percentage rate he never told me anything about the car which I was trying to purchase as to find out later that I would have to spend around $1000 to buy winter tier's do the ones that come with the car will not work well during winter months I have been approved by capital 1 even gave the dealerships my confirmation number for the approval give it that it's only been 24 hrs. of them receiving this information I still have not heard from the dealership & has been two weeks now that I was to get my new car from them & still nothing

Dave says "I've got the perfect new Ascent for you...it's green, let's walk out and see it!" 2 hours later I'm driving a brand new car off the lot. Good price, good terms, exact Subaru I wanted - no stress. Finance guy Steve Hill is a great guy too, easy to deal with no pressure. Thanks guys!
