My Advisor Garrett was awesome! Had a loaner ready to go for me. Called and updated me on the the vehicle status. Even had a chance to wash and clean my car. If this review is for my A service on my GLC300, I did not work with Vivian. The service rep was Cameron. If this rating is for Cameron, I would give him five stars. I have worked with Vivian in the not work with Vivian. The service rep was Cameron. If this rating is for Cameron, I would give him five stars. I have worked with Vivian in the past, but feel that Cameron did a better job at discussing and listening to all of the issues that needed to be addressed, ie my engine light issue, registration, and tire wear. More
