Took a longer than necessary time to complete a fix on the interior of my car. The part needed took a long time to arrive and it wasn’t communicated to me the status of everything. I had my car at the service department 4 times, and the final appointment took 3 weeks before I got my vehicle back. Communication and customer service was less than satisfactory. More

Ordered one simple part to replace, and was told an estimate of 30 min to 1 hour time and that I could even do it myself. We were told this time estimate when ordering the part AND when bringing the ca estimate of 30 min to 1 hour time and that I could even do it myself. We were told this time estimate when ordering the part AND when bringing the car for our appointment. It even says that on the service paperwork. Waited TWO HOURS only to find out the tech put the old part back in! Thank goodness we checked before leaving! After telling the team they screwed up, the actual new part was installed in under 15 minutes! Seriously? Obviously, they said no payment due after that fiasco - but almost 2-1/2 hours for a simple 15-30 minute job, and unnecessarily very late to work. The technician was obviously not attentive to the details of the job to spend that amount of time only to do it so thoroughly wrong. The manager did his best to smooth things over, but it's hard to gloss over that kind of incompetence. Luckily this was a cosmetic fix, but I would be nervous to bring an important mechanical issue to this team. More

Customer Service was great, but they sold me a car that's no good! It has had issues since the 3rd day of receiving it. My sales rep was helpful when issues first arose. One of the service employees was extremely rude and yelling at me, despite the fact I expressed my discontentment with the vehicle without raising my voice. The manager intervened and he was good with taking care of the issue; however, once my car was with the service department I received no updates, unless I called. More
