I went to do a lease buy out and David was very rude. When I asked questions about the paperwork I wqs signing, he didn’t want to answer and he said to just “trust” him, and he was rushing me to sign wit When I asked questions about the paperwork I wqs signing, he didn’t want to answer and he said to just “trust” him, and he was rushing me to sign without reading… which made me even more suspicious. He then insinuated I was poor because if I was “paying with cash I would have been done quicker”.. We felt like he was doing us a favor since it was late Friday afternoon.. He then yelled at me when I mentioned 9% interest rate was too high considering I have good score and he yelled at me repeatedly asking if I had run it with my social.. Then when I went back another day and went directly with one of the finance managers Hasan, he showed me a monthly payment that didn’t match the amortization payment I did on my cell, and when I asked he said “oh I forgot to remove the delearship fee and some other fee”, how convenient… You need to be careful with these guys.. More

My three-year lease has come to an end, and I was seeking another BMW X3 for another three years. Initially, I visited my local dealership, Daytona Beach BMW. Unfortunately, I experienced the worst treatment another BMW X3 for another three years. Initially, I visited my local dealership, Daytona Beach BMW. Unfortunately, I experienced the worst treatment I have ever encountered from a lot BMW dealerships. Mr. H. Cruz displayed arrogance, and to make matters worse, he attempted to deceive me. When I confronted him, he became upset and refused to service he shake my hand, didn’t give my keys and not provide information about where my vehicle was parked. Subsequently, I explored other options in Florida through their websites and contacted several dealerships. The first to respond was Sarasota, located 200 miles away from my residence. Despite my initial hesitation, Dave Gor convinced me that the journey would be worthwhile. He maintained regular contact, demonstrating a high level of commitment and enthusiasm. I was impressed by his attentiveness to my needs, which ultimately persuaded me to visited the dealership. Upon arrival, I found the process to be efficient despite the dealership being busy with customers. I am grateful for the positive experience and consider Dave to be the best salesperson I have encountered at a BMW dealership. More
