My wife and I took our trade to the dealership after we got the kbb value from their website. The value was 48,000 and they offered 38,000 for our car when similar cars are selling for 52-55k. Our car is in very good condition so no justification other than greed comes to mind. So if you want to be lowballed and taken advantage of then take your car there! They should not have KBB attached to there website if they have no intention of even coming close to the figures KBB puts out! Furthermore the salesman said he would contact us after further discussion with the manager, obviously this has sent happened! More

I ended up buying a 2021 Subaru Outback Limited XT from Byers Airport Subaru. They were firm but fair in my pricing and while other Subaru dealerships in the city were reneging on written price offers, Byers Airport Subaru. They were firm but fair in my pricing and while other Subaru dealerships in the city were reneging on written price offers, when I showed up to test drive the vehicle, George honored his word on the pricing he agreed to with me via email. My purchase price was competitive, but I did feel like they started me off low on my trade. Eventually I got what I needed to get and after the tax implications was equivalent to what Carmax was offering me for an outright purchase. I'm not the best at new car buying and this part made me a little uncomfortable, but George and Dave were not high pressure at all. Just very matter of fact about the deal. Overall though, it was a win win. I'm sure there was probably a little chicken on the bone for the front end deal (let alone the back end stuff we don't ever know about), but I felt my deal was fair and straight forward. F&I was also very straight forward. "Here are you options. Based on everything we've talked about, I'd recommend xx plan for you. Here's what it would add to your deal and your new payment." In the end, I declined all my F&I options, and there was no high pressure sales tactic or payment packing that I had to call them out on. Everyone I dealt with treated me with respect and honesty at all times. Dave ran me through my delivery, and man, I'm glad he did. The technology in the new Outbacks is just about overwhelming!!!! Overall, would highly recommend this dealership for new and used cars as George is responsible for both. More

David is knowledgable and honest. His calm and relaxed demeanor creates a totally non-pressured atmosphere. He doesn't play games. After looking at other cars, Subaru and David at Byers were an easy choice. I am very happy with my new Subaru Impreza. David was also easily accessible for questions that arose after the purchase. I had a very good experience at Byers with Dave Disbennett. After spending several months researching the Subaru Premier Sport Impreza, I was unable to locate anyone who had my exact preferences i Disbennett. After spending several months researching the Subaru Premier Sport Impreza, I was unable to locate anyone who had my exact preferences in stock locally (Akron, Oh). My husband and I spoke to, texted, and emailed Dave Disbennett and he was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable about Subaru's and the specific differences in the 2012 Impreza. He stayed after hours to make sure we received the photos he sent. We decided to drive the 150 miles to Byers to test drive the Impreza. Dave was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Impreza and the sales pitch at Byers was very low-key. I received a very fair deal and was treated with respect and was not rushed or pressured in any way. Overall, an excellent experience and I would strongly recommend Byers. By the way, I absolutely love my new car. More

I spent two months looking for a new car. I researched, talked to others, test drove, compared cars. I also went to other dealers. Byers on N. Hamilton had the total package...they had the product I was talked to others, test drove, compared cars. I also went to other dealers. Byers on N. Hamilton had the total package...they had the product I was looking for, safe and affordable; they treated me like an intelligent customer (not like some "dumb woman" as I was treated by another dealer); they answered all my questions without expressing any dissatisfaction(I must have asked a hundred questions); they did not try to pressure me to buy or finance beyond the normal sales-pitch (another dealer was so rude I walked out); and they gave some incentives that tilted the scale i.e., fair pricing, free car washes and free oil change/tire rotation, percentage off from internet search, etc. I spent four hours there and no one blinked an eye at my persistence to get the best CAR/DEAL. I also have several friends who have shopped here and highly recommended this dealership over any other. (They are return customers too.) I have driven the car for almost a week now, and I love it! More

I took advantage of a rainy day to car shop and to learn more about the Subaru wagons which I had been researching online - professional reviews/reports and owner reviews. I have several Subaru dealerships more about the Subaru wagons which I had been researching online - professional reviews/reports and owner reviews. I have several Subaru dealerships to choose from in Columbus, OH, but started with Byers Imports because they seemed to have the largest inventory online. Sales consultant David came out as I window shopped the line up of Outback wagons and offered his umbrella as I looked. I am a retired female, but I know alot about cars and have always liked cars and driving. David treated me with great respect and listened as I told him what I'd already learned about the vehicles. I was only there to "look" and had no intention to trade cars that day. David's extensive knowledge of the Subaru line and his non-pushy approach combined with just the right questions to learn what I wanted/needed in my next car lead to us going inside, sitting down, and seeing if we could do business. He had my Mini Cooper appraised, presented a good trade offer, helped me with some extended warranty issues that I was concerned about, and we finally reached an agreement. I was introduced to his sales manager and the finance specialist. My new Subaru was prepped for me to drive home. I really love it. It is our first Subaru. We have been a family of Volvo's, Infiniti, and Honda. I even look forward to those first snow flakes as winter approaches. I highly recommend Byers Imports Subaru! More
