Terrible place to buy a car. They take advantage of young car buyers and try to pull a fast one and scam you, would not recommend buying a car from here. Not satisfied or happy at all with my car purchase, they slid extra costs into my contract because they knew it was my first time buying a car and did not include any services in the warranty. I have a Mopar Maximum Care Plan, and I am entitled to rent a car, and this dealership put me in a merry-go-round and did not honor my entitlement to rent a car; I almost lost my job for no means of trans rent a car, and this dealership put me in a merry-go-round and did not honor my entitlement to rent a car; I almost lost my job for no means of transportation. I called Mopar, the dealership responsible for a rental cars, and asked how long it would take them to repair the truck. I will write an email to BBB to make sure this kind of behavior will not go unpunished. BTW, I called the service manager and left a message, and he or the operational manager did not reply. Date: 01 May 2023, Repair: Tick noise in the engine. More
