I enjoy cooking, sports, and my job of course. I learned how to cook watching my Grandfather, and then my Father. Apparently I make good Chili, as I won the 8th & 9th Annual Chili cook off at the backyard alehouse the last 2 years. Sports that I like are baseball, football, and basketball they are my favorites. What I love about my job is the customer interaction and meeting people, and their needs. I always try and make your car buying experience as easy as possible, being direct and straight forward so valuable time is not wasted. The customers time is equally as important as mine. Also, last but not least I am a Penn State Graduate.....WE ARE!!!!

I was fine with Dave Conway, my salesman, but, had problems with Jennifer Palombo. I called to discuss buying a car & she was going to get back to me & never did. I call her again & asked if the car problems with Jennifer Palombo. I called to discuss buying a car & she was going to get back to me & never did. I call her again & asked if the car I wanted was still available, she said it was & an appointment was set up for the next day with her. Got to dealership & was kept waiting for her. Told she was in a meeting. At that point Dave Conway offered to help me & I told him why I was there & what car I was interested in & he told me that car was not available. Questioned when I called & it was obvious to me when I told him the day before that the car wasn’t actually there then. She never appeared to apologize or explain why she had me drive all that way when in fact car wasn’t there. Anyway, Dave said he could get car in & indeed called me the next day to say they found one & I was able to pick it up a couple of days later. I have nothing but praise for Dave as he was great to work with & turned a disappointing visit around. It was my second time buying from Matt Burne, not sure how I feel about a third time. Again only good things to say about Dave, great guy. More
