He was very patient with us since our car had been totaled and we were unsure which direction to go. Everyone at Nich Nicholas Ford is friendly and helpful. Our car buying experience at Nick Nicholas Ford was outstanding. Everyone that we had the pleasure of speaking or interacting with was friendly, courteous, and professional. Everyone- especially Kim-did their utmost to make us feel welcome, valued, and appreciated. Their pride in not only their work ethic but also in the dealership itself shone through and was obvious. Any questions that we had were answered In a clear and concise manner. I can confidently say that this is the first time that I have ever had the car buying experience be a pleasurable one. I would, without any hesitation, highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. This place is the gold standard on how to treat people right! Kim specifically, is a gem! What an amazing asset at your dealership! She went above and beyond to help us find exactly the car that we wanted, tracking it down even in another state. The time and effort that she took to make us happy was unexpected and so appreciated! She found the sweet balance between communicating with us and giving us enough space and time to discuss things amongst ourselves. While she was excellent in staying in touch every step of the process along the way, we felt zero pressure the entire time. Unheard of at a car dealership! Shortly after purchasing my used certified 2019, F150 truck the engine started vibrating, cutting off and just having trouble with the engine. I took it in for repair under the warranty three times and w truck the engine started vibrating, cutting off and just having trouble with the engine. I took it in for repair under the warranty three times and was told nothing was wrong and that I was mistaken, no problems found. On the third visit the service manager talked down to me like a dog and told me I did not know what I was talking about. I use the truck for work, highway miles only and regular oil changes, so I suspect they knew my warranty was close to being over by the mileage count and then they could charge me to fix it. Shortly after the warranty expired the head broke off the valves and blew through the top of my piston (See pics). I contacted Ford they instructed me to contact the dealer, the dealer said contact Ford, so they are playing me as the xxxxxx in the middle. I've tried contacting the General Manager through personal contacts but no results. So, I'm airing their dirty laundry for all to see. This cost me an extra $7, 222 and i should be made whole. Be on guard if you buy from this dealer. The sales team was great (Joey) and I originally went there as they claim to take good care of disabled Vetrans, but I guess that was wrong. More
