during the purchase the first oil change is on us - sometimes those words get forgotten: Yesterday a $106.36 charge was reduced to 0, have a great day - got to like it. Had a key fob break for my 2015 Explorer. We went in on a Saturday shortly before the parts dept. closed at noon. They sold me the key to the tune of $192.00. We were told no one was there w We went in on a Saturday shortly before the parts dept. closed at noon. They sold me the key to the tune of $192.00. We were told no one was there who could program it and to come back on Monday. We came back on Monday and were told the had staffing issues and couldn't service us. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Only did they tell me then that we had to pay another $150.00 to get the key programmed! At no point in time prior to this did anyone tell us there was an additional fee for programming! Poor customer service to say the least! I went home and called Fratillonie's hardware store only to find out they would have sold us the key AND programmed it for $170.00! I've got a call into the service manager, but of course he hasn't returned my call. They really should have told us about this bogus "programming fee" long before I was waiting at the counter to leave with my vehicle! More

Terrible service. No communication. Dropped off my truck for service on a scheduled date. They told me they'd have a loaner car, but they didn't the day I showed up. 5 No communication. Dropped off my truck for service on a scheduled date. They told me they'd have a loaner car, but they didn't the day I showed up. 5 days later I call numerous times and voicemails and received nothing back. Went to the dealership to see my truck sitting in the back lot and come to find out they haven't even touched it yet 6 days later. I went to the service department and asked for my truck to take it somewhere else instead of sitting doing nothing. I can't go that long without a vehicle. Last time I go there. If I could give 0 stars I would. More

Great customer service is dead. After patiently waiting roughly four weeks to get my 21’ F150 in for recall work and some rattling, I discovered North Country Ford, no longer car After patiently waiting roughly four weeks to get my 21’ F150 in for recall work and some rattling, I discovered North Country Ford, no longer cares what it means to be in “customer service.” The day of my appointment arrives, I drop my truck off in the service bay. The service tech, Dave, seemed less than impressed to help me. After a curt, uninformative conversation about what I was wanting fixed, Dave informed me I’d need to grab my belongings out of my truck as they would need it for a day. (While online booking stated I would be able to wait while it was serviced). No problem, my wife was able to scoot out of work early and come pick me up. Dave assured me it would be ready next day (Today), well I was watching on my Ford App and there was no activity..so I figured my truck was still sitting. I called, left a voicemail, no call back. I hitched a ride to the store tonight, picked up my truck from the quick lane guys (always great guys, thanks for apologizing for service side) and left. My advice to anyone still reading, if you want good communication, and fulfilled promises from a car dealer, look elsewhere. More
