Jeff was very professional and courteous! He listened to what I was looking for and asked all the right questions about additional features and options. I don’t often lose my car in a hurricane, but when I do, I get myself from Tampa to Fort Wayne Indiana straight to O’Daniel’s Jeep Dealership. 😂 Much to my uncle’s dismay, I asked no questions when it I get myself from Tampa to Fort Wayne Indiana straight to O’Daniel’s Jeep Dealership. 😂 Much to my uncle’s dismay, I asked no questions when it came to condition of tires, number of key fobs nor the mechanical integrity of the used-but-new-to-me vehicle I’d selected sight unseen. Yet, I had complete trust in my salesperson, Tommy, in O’Daniel’s dealerships and they did not disappoint. In fact, I was about to leave the dealership when they noticed I had one small little dimple ding in the passenger side, which I’d never would’ve noticed, but they insisted they take care of it before I left. That is great customer service! Thankful for a company that was concerned with my plight, and made the process as seamless as possible for this out of towner. Well done and THANK YOU again!
