If your car is being serviced and you don't have any other means of transportation to go anywhere while waiting for your car, you must wait in their waiting area, which is very uncomfortable, especially other means of transportation to go anywhere while waiting for your car, you must wait in their waiting area, which is very uncomfortable, especially for a person with disabilities. The chairs are hard, there's only 1 area in the corner to charge your phone or other devices, and you're not allowed to change the TV channels or even turn the TV off. You must bring your own means of entertainment and a pillow to sit on, which is what I did. Many years ago, I once owned a Ford. Their customer waiting area is customer friendly, comfortable & entertaining. Please improve your customer waiting area. More

I just want to thank everyone who assisted me and my family. My car had an issue during the Thanksgiving holiday. I was allowed to drop my car off without an appointment and the team went above and be family. My car had an issue during the Thanksgiving holiday. I was allowed to drop my car off without an appointment and the team went above and beyond to fix the issue and when it became evident that my car needed a new engine, they provided me a loaner for me to get my family back to NYC after the holiday weekend. More
