It’s just a refreshing feeling especially me being a father and a husband. I’m skeptical about everybody and anybody especially someone trying to sell my family something and these people really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with my wife. This is just our first car, but we definitely will consider a motor world on the second go around More

I came in expecting to wait for an hour. Within 5 minutes, Dave came in and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I saw that he was salesperson of the month, but yet… I wasn’t expecting a Within 5 minutes, Dave came in and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I saw that he was salesperson of the month, but yet… I wasn’t expecting a perfect experience. Coming from NYC, I am used to getting really lazy, dare I say… bad customer service. But, I was wrong! Dave was ready for me. He had the vehicle I was interested in parked curbside and ready to go. He gave me all the time I needed, and never badgered me to get my mind made up. When I wanted to compare the vehicle with two others that weren’t immediately available, he promptly found a mutually suitable time for me to return and compare. On the second visit, he had 4 vehicles ready to go for that comparison—I stayed for 5 hours comparing the nuances of each against each other. Dave let me decide on my own. Never once was he pushy or indirect. The dealership manager also stopped by and was never pushy or expectant with my decision timeline, either. Needless to say, I wanted the car I came in for, but Dave and the MotorWorld team put me at ease. Their attitudes allowed me to seal the deal and not take my business elsewhere. Was an all around very positive experience. I will never shop for another vehicle anywhere else! Seek out Dave Bell for next vehicle. You’ll probably end up making a friend! 10/10; would recommend. We reached out to Dave after he sold my parents their last car. They had such a nice experience with him and we thought it was time for us to trade in our vehicle for a newer one. I messaged his cell and last car. They had such a nice experience with him and we thought it was time for us to trade in our vehicle for a newer one. As soon as I came into motor world, Dave listened to what we wanted and what we had to work with. I had my two children with me and he set them up in a comfortable spot while we worked to find the best vehicle to purchase. The first vehicle that Dave showed us had all the bells and whistles and I thought that it would be completely out of our budget. I told him that we will take this car as long as it fit our budget and sure enough he made it work. The entire time took a few hours, and we were more than happy with the process and the ability to finance within our means. The inventory at motor world is awesome and we cannot believe we got the car of our dreams. Thanks, Dave!! More
