When we took the vehicle out for a test drive, I pointed out to my Sales Rep that the tire pressure monitor was showing that it needed to be serviced. And I was assured that it would be taken care of prior out to my Sales Rep that the tire pressure monitor was showing that it needed to be serviced. And I was assured that it would be taken care of prior to purchasing the vehicle. Once all the documents had been signed, and the vehicle was delivered to me the next day, the tire pressure issue was still there. But Dashon, and the staff at Oakes Kia definitely honored their commitment to excellent service. Even after the initial service evaluation didn't correct the issue, Dashon took the vehicle to another department, and it was promptly resolved. Had the issue been resolved prior to delivery this would have been a five-star review. It could be four and 1/2 if half stars could be given because they were very responsive to all of my earlier issues, even staff not originally involved in the earlier transaction worked to help resolve it.
