He's a gentle, kind, no-pressure listener who helped my folks get the car they wanted and needed. Not only was he helpful with all parts of the transaction, but he also followed up with multiple phone calls after the sale to see how things were doing. Dealing with Daryl isn't like dealing with a car salesman (though of course he's a pro who knows his business), but rather like dealing with a family member. Daryl, in sales, was kind, thoughtful and not a bit pushy. The whole experience was super pleasant, and my daughter drove away with her new, and very orange, car the same day. I own a 2017 Honda Civic that i got from a different dealership. It was due for an inspection and oil change. Soooo - while I was there, I asked, could this possibly be accomplished? Service rep, Jamal, said absolutely. And my car was serviced that very day. Jamal was great, and I will definitely be returning to North Shore Honda for future service and leases. More
