My initial inquiries were through email, and I had a response from Mostafa within 2 hours. CJ helped me schedule the pre-purchase inspection and negotiate the deal. Darryl met me when I came in to sign the paperwork closing the deal. He made sure I had all the time I needed to walk around the car, test drive it and carefully explained all of the paperwork.
