A few months ago, I took my vehicle in to have a new key and fob made. However, about a week after receiving the new key, it stopped starting my vehicle. I returned to the shop, and they told me the ignitio and fob made. However, about a week after receiving the new key, it stopped starting my vehicle. I returned to the shop, and they told me the ignition was too “worn down” for the new key to work. The only solution they offered was to replace the entire ignition for $1,400, and they wouldn’t refund the cost of the new fob. I ended up using the old key until it recently stopped working as well. I then took the vehicle to ER Auto Care, and they quickly identified that a faulty relay in the anti-theft system was causing the issue with both keys. It's extremely concerning that Toyota almost replaced the entire ignition when the problem was simply a relay. I won’t be going back. More

This Dealership is terrible! Purchased a vehicle from them and after Two days the car stopped on me. Called the dealership to figure out the repairs, no one would call back. Dealt with repairing a vehicle that was supposed to have had a warranty only to find out later the vehicle didn't have a warranty and now the transmission went out. I only has the vehicle less than two years. More

Would not go back to purchase a car there again. My left front tire TPMS showed low pressure from the minute I got in the car.
