Vehicle is great no problem there but, dealing with them has been awful from the sale price going up from advertised price, and getting no answers also advertising a vehicle with aftermarket wheels and acce has been awful from the sale price going up from advertised price, and getting no answers also advertising a vehicle with aftermarket wheels and accessories and then trying to charge extra for them. Literally the best dealership i have ever experienced. I am not a local to their area, and the whole team, from Luke and Carl in aftermarket, to Hannah in service, to Tim and Darin as managers and Brandon I am not a local to their area, and the whole team, from Luke and Carl in aftermarket, to Hannah in service, to Tim and Darin as managers and Brandon Meidinger, my salesman, worked overtime and the extra mile to get me out of a Jeep that wobble, into a Rubicon so badass I can't stand it. There isn't enough space here to extols their virtues. They are just plain xxxx good people. They extend kindness and grace, and they work to make sure people smile behind the wheel of the right car as often as possible. More

I took my Chrysler Pacifica in for a routine oil change 9/23, I left the shop and had no oil in my vehicle the next morning. Called the service department about the smoke pouring out of my vehicle, so they 9/23, I left the shop and had no oil in my vehicle the next morning. Called the service department about the smoke pouring out of my vehicle, so they had it towed back to them. They tried telling me that it was only a quart and a half low because the oil filter didn’t seal correctly and the cooling system was cracked. The only thing that came out with the dipstick was white smoke, there was no oil in the vehicle, which caused issues with the cam shaft and timing chains, but rather than take responsibility for the mess up, everything was put through my warranty, yet they jumped on paying the deductible, which was $100. My original oil change was more than that! They gave me a loaner vehicle that was covered in mud and while driving the check engine light came on, but I was told it’s ok as long as it’s not flashing. I had to have the windshield wipers changed and a tire fixed, on the loaner! I refused to continue driving that vehicle, so a rental was given to me from a local company. The updates on my vehicle where few and far between. They ended up having my vehicle for a month, so between the deductible and the rental, it’s still not half of the car payment I had to make on a vehicle I couldn’t drive, through no fault of my own. When I finally got my vehicle back, not even an I’m sorry about the issues, but hey atleast you got over $8,000 worth of new parts. Just an acknowledgment of the mess up, would have been great! I got my vehicle back on 10/23 and I have called the service manager and I’m still waiting for a return call, almost a month later. More

Darren Woullet the general manager and Joey, the sales manager were absolutely horrible to work with. After purchasing nearly 50 cars in my lifetime I have never been treated as horribly as I have been by manager were absolutely horrible to work with. After having a few issues, they refuse to make it right unless I put a stop payment on the check and then they were ready to help. Did not receive one single callback from Darryn the general manager after leaving multiple message is for him and the receptionist saying he was in the office every day. Joey was very rude and condescending as well and loves to talk over people. After five days of trying to get a hold of Darryn I stopped in the dealership and he said he received my messages but had no intentions of calling me back. He was very cocky and condescending and basically asked me to leave the dealership when I brought up my concerns to him. He said he had no intentions of returning any phone calls and that he didn't need to. I expect way more out of a general manager than the crappy, rude, and downright condescending attitude that these gentlemen have towards their customers. I would highly recommend avoiding working with them if possible as most of their negative reviews state the same issues that we have had. My dad who is also part of the transaction also left multiple messages for Darryn with zero calls back from him as well. Will definitely be contacting jeep corporate More
