Where is my Explorer? Will never recommend Landmark Ford Lincoln. Put a down payment on a new order for a Ford Explorer on March 19th. 90 days later a lot of excuses why we Will never recommend Landmark Ford Lincoln. Put a down payment on a new order for a Ford Explorer on March 19th. 90 days later a lot of excuses why we don't have our new Explorer. Darren Nash and his manager Mike over promise a lot, love to avoid getting resolution, and make a lot of excuses. Have a hard time giving status updates when they say they will. Have to continue making calls to them asking for updates. Today for example, I emailed him once again for an update as they were supposed to call us yesterday. Their response "oh we checked on it again and now its delayed 4 more days". BUT did he care to reach out to us with that update? Yet, he said he has been keeping us updated?! Only when we reach out to them. At this point all we asked was to give us our deposit back and we will go find our Explorer somewhere else. Their excuse "we can't do that because it will be to hard to sell the Explorer you ordered because it has the DVD player in it." WOW! Have a new born child and trying to get a car that fits our family, and we have to deal with this. More

Never felt pressured and he seemed to know when to step in and provide more info, or hold back. Not a fast talker and I greatly appreciated that. When I was ready to decide on some options it was Jeff’s day off, so he referred me to Darrin Nash. There was no time wasted and he found me my perfect car. It was in another state but they secured it for me & I had it in less than a week. More

Fantastic Purchase Experience I had the pleasure of taking delivery of my 2018 Lincoln Navigator a few weeks ago. From the initial order to the vehicle orientation session my exper I had the pleasure of taking delivery of my 2018 Lincoln Navigator a few weeks ago. From the initial order to the vehicle orientation session my experience with Landmark Ford Lincoln was great. I had the pleasure of working with Kari Locke (Finance), Darrin Nash (Sales) and Charlie Wilson (Sales) on this transaction and each of them represented the dealership with professionalism and integrity. Kari was extremely helpful and very personable with finalizing all the leasing paperwork and helped me lock down an amazing deal. Darrin was well versed on everything Lincoln and helped take the initial order and coordinate all the details behind the delivery. Charlie then stepped in last minute to help with a few obligations on behalf of the dealership to make handing over the keys an exceptional experience. Together these folks are part of the Landmark Ford Lincoln dream team.
