I came to the dealership knowing that I was going to purchase a Nissan Leaf, but I had two different ones in mind at this dealership and one at another. Darrin was so knowledgeable and patient explainin purchase a Nissan Leaf, but I had two different ones in mind at this dealership and one at another. Darrin was so knowledgeable and patient explaining the differences in the ones at his dealership and the benefits of purchasing at Mike Rezi Nissan especially regarding the Certified Pre-Owned Program. I decided to cancel my test drive appointment at the other dealership and purchase from Darrin and Mike Rezi Nissan. Will be promoting him and the dealership with friends and neighbors. I recently visited Mike Rezi Nissan to purchase a vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Darrin Moore. Given my past bad experiences with car dealerships, I was prepared for a challenging encou vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Darrin Moore. Given my past bad experiences with car dealerships, I was prepared for a challenging encounter. I had visited other dealerships this week where the cars I was interested in were either not available or had undisclosed issues. From the start, Darrin was very accommodating and answered all my questions thoroughly. There were no games or surprises. I expected to be there for a long time, but I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and smooth the process was. I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased and the excellent service I received. The finance process was also incredibly easy and quick. I was in and out of the finance office in just 10 minutes. This has been by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend Darrin Moore and Mike Rezi Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I will definitely be recommending my friends to come here. Thank you, Darrin, for a great experience! More
