Everyone from the friendly young lady who works at the front desk to the sales people specifically Darrin were responsive and clearly interested in our potential business. I had an experience with your dealership's appraisal service that left me quite disappointed. I would like to suggest to potential sellers to consider obtaining multiple appraisals from various dealerships to gain a more comprehensive understanding of their vehicle's market value. This approach may help ensure a fair and satisfactory transaction. Should one choose to proceed with a sale at your dealership, it's important to be aware that the offer might be on the lower end of the market spectrum. I appreciate your attention to this matter. 3rd car from Honda West and 2nd with Darrin. Staff have NEVER used sales pressure or tactics which is refreshing! Simply listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and what my budget is and found the right o NEVER used sales pressure or tactics which is refreshing! So good that on the 2nd and 3rd vehicle...I simply told Darrin to carry over everything that the previous vehicle had add-on and warranty wise because they have done it right!!! It was a pleasure to do business with Darrin and Cole. They were quick to respond to my questions and efficient throughout the process. He did a thorough walk-thru on controls and operation of the car when I took delivery. Joubert was most helpful regarding the other options available on the car - extended warranty, protection packages available, etc. Overall a great buying experience. I had a wonderful experience at Honda West. Purchasing a car can be intimidating but that wasn’t the case at Honda. Darrin Hurst was the sales person I dealt with.
