When calling Northwest Hills Dealership we were blessed to be forwarded to Vin Kjersgaard. It was a pleasure working with Vin and his knowledge of the GMC product line is excellent! My wife and I were searching for a Chevy trailblazer that led us to a phone conversation with Robert from Northwest Hills Chevrolet. Robert was kind, courteous, and very helpful. He advised that they did not have the Trailblazer but suggested that he did have a Buick Encore GX that is the the same model with the Buick name. We set up an appt with Robert and drove from New York to see the Encore. After meeting with Robert we test drove the vehicle and traded in our 2019 Equinox for the 2022 Encore. The process was flawless. The price for the trade and purchase was very fair. We were very pleased as we drove the new vehicle home the following Weekend. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. No pressure, no hidden fees, and kind and courteous people. More
