Hotniel is the most disrespectful, rude and nasty staff I have even had to do with in any company. The minute I told him, I had the financing all taken care of, his bahaviour went south. He even held on to one of keys that Darren could not locate while I was there and had to return on Day 3 to pick up the key. I would never do business at your dealership again and would never recommend anyone. The whole experience was very stressful and a disaster. I would be business with Darrren and Frank again if they are relocated to another dealership. More
