This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership, so I was very nervous and unsure of myself heading into the experience. I HIGHLY recommend Derek to any future buyers, as he created a relaxed, comfortable environment, and he was not pushy whatsoever. He does a great job of listening and understanding what you are looking for, and making the best recommendation based on that. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles and works hard to ensure that you understand every feature and aspect of the vehicle and its capabilities. I am very glad I worked with Derek purchasing my vehicle, because it honestly felt like I was purchasing a vehicle from an old buddy. Even after purchasing the vehicle and coming back for pick-up, Derek helped to ensure that everything was finalized and even worked with me to personalize, and give me a tutorial of, all of the features and options of the vehicle. I met with sales manager Jarrod Ursu, who like Derek, ensured that the process of buying a new vehicle was a relaxed, fun and enjoyable experience. They are both very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable of their business, so they are ideal resources if you have any questions. i worked with Darren Hollinger in Financing, who was also very helpful and beneficial in explaining the different financing, warranty and other package options. Again, he created a relaxed atmosphere and listened to what you are looking for to ensure the customer was satisfied. With all three employees showing these traits, my overall opinion of the dealership is fantastic, as I really appreciate the effort they put into listening to the voice of the customer, and being very relaxed and helpful rather than aggressive or pushy. More

I looked around and when I got to Capital Ford Lincoln, Jonathan Barabash's friendly unpretentious manner quickly set me at ease. He never once gave me the sense that he was talking down at me or impatient and the litmus test was handling my super expressive friend "Lucia". He did so with ease! Jonathan got what I wanted straight away and answered all the questions my friend and I had. I had had a Toyota Rav 4 in mind...told him my budget and we test drove a Ford Escape and I looooved it!! Darren Hollinger was great about explaining the financials and insurance, being new to the country that was so appreciated and he was so gracious about alterations I wanted. Adrien Dennis was interesting and when chatting with Jonathan and him, I got a better sense of the car and the really cool thing is I felt no pressure from them for me to buy. I would most definitely recommend Capital Ford Lincoln and recommend they work with Jonathan coz they helped transform a seemingly daunting task into a really simple and clear one. Did I mention I love my car....yup...TOTALLY!! More

I was very impressed with my experience with Capital Ford. Matt was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to make sure all my needs and wants were met in finding me the right vehicle. Overall, I was really satisfied with all levels of customer service, and had a pleasant experience with Blayne and Darren as well. Brian was good to work with over email when I was shopping around for a new truck. He responded quickly to my questions. First off I visited this dealership on two occasion. The first occasion was a bad experience. They had a truck in the showroom that had a sticker price on it. I do not recall the price. I went in to see a salesman and when I asked about that particular vehicle he told me that the sticker price was not the price. It was quite a bit more as he said they added extras onto the truck that were not reflected in the sticker price. I asked why the sticker price was still on the truck window and I was told it was marketing. I left the dealership and vowed never to go back again. However a couple of weeks ago they had a page add in a local newspaper advertising a Ford F-350 for $44,900. When I went into see them about it once again I was told that was not the price. The price was $49,000.00. They told me that the reason they advertise that was is because there was $2,500.00 that a person could have got if they brought in a trade in vehicle that would fall into the category of recycle your ride and $1,600.00 for freight. I have no problem paying the freight. There is no place in the add that refers to the Recycle Your Ride program. I am quite upset at that but I purchase the vehicle. After I leave the dealership and I am at home I get a call from the dealership that they forgot to give me the $1,000.00 no charge accessories. I have to go back to the dealership and pick out the options. I got a copy of the options and took them home to decide what I wanted. The list for me was so limited as the truck I bought had a lot of the options that was offers to me on the truck already. I pick out the options that I want and let the dealership know what they are. On Saturday April 13/2013 I took it in to get the options put on the truck. When I went and picked the truck up I was flabbergasted at the seat protectors that were in the truck. The cost for these seat covers were approximately $280.00 and I am sure they went down to a tent retail store and purchased them. They were not at all what I thought I was getting for the price that was placed on them. The value to me was less than $50.00. They were not the color I was expecting. I asked for a charcoal and I got a grey. Maybe that is what Ford calls charcoal. I was expecting black. The seat covers don't even fit properly. They look terrible. When I looked at these, what Ford calls seat covers, I never thought they would look like that. To make matters worse I referred a another young fellow into the dealership ( I wished now I never did that and I never will refer anyone to this dealership again) and he was offered the Costco discount and when I asked about my Costco discount I was told it was in the price. I have been in business for over 30 years and if I ever used these sales tactics to get someone in the door I would not be able to sleep at night and if my salesman ever use these tactics they would be freed up for better opportunities. I had a very good experience will Dylan Lawrence as he was very new as a car salesman but he followed up with me on getting my vehicle in to get my $1,000.00 option package put on the truck. I spoke with Dylan afer I left the dealership and I told him that if he ever left the dealership for him to call me as I will deal with him as a salesman. As well I told him that I maybe looking for a few service vehicles but unfortunately they will not be purchased at Capital. I have purchased all my personnel trucks from Ford as I prefer Ford trucks over any other truck. In Regina there are other Ford dealerships nd that is where my business will go. I anticipate a reply to this either from the person whom this experience is being sent to or someone from Ford.
