This is the second car we purchased from Lester Glenn Hyundai. Our first was the 2025 Tucson and when my wife’s Highlander was totaled in an accident and she wanted to replace it with another Highlander. Hyundai. Having just purchased the Tucson and comparing highlanders and we came across the palisade. Karen Morrissey was my wife’s sales lady. Karen was great to work with. She was patient and friendly. Not once did we feel Karen was pushy or using sale tactics. She didn’t fish baited questions. We test drove the palisade got some numbers traded contacts and called it a day. We didn’t get inundated with sales calls and emails. We went to other dealerships including Toyota and the palisade was standing out. We made some calls and met sales manager Frank Simeone with Karen. We talked a bit and came to an agreement on numbers. Next back upstairs to sit with Darren applegate. We like dealing Darren. He makes things easy and cuts through the nonsense. Lester Glenn Hyundai is probably the most easy to deal with dealership. More
