Poor. Too much turnover in service advisers-service manager. Same issues with vehicle for over a year. No consistency of service. Car returned to me the last two visits with the inside dirty. This last time there were extra dirty mats in the back seat floor board-not mine. Service advisor’s response was to offer to detail it and have me wait. They called me late on a Tuesday to tell me the car was ready but my drive is at least 30 minutes across town in rush hour traffic. I brought the loaner vehicle back around 11:30 am on Wednesday. They had plenty of time to take care of the inside of my car and the mess the mechanic made before I picked it up. When I went to drive off, one of the same error messages that I told them about (but was not on my ticket) came up as soon as I started the car. I was made to believe by a previous service advisor that this was something associated with the original Check Suspension System error message I have been dealing with for over a year. Not the case, but someone should have seen the message after they replaced the driving harness and called me with an explanation and the option to fix the issue before I picked up my car. I have dealt with Five different service advisers and one service manager (who has now been promoted and I liked). This dealership has a problem. The current service advisor when he finally came out to my car to address my concerns was sympathetic but defending his “inheritance of my open ticket” for the part I had been waiting for for over six months. He offered me a free detail when I was back on the side of town where the dealership is located…my sister was with me when I picked up my car, she told me on the way home I should have gotten that offer in writing because who knows how long he will be working at this job! There is a guy named Mike who is a Subaru service advisor-he was the most helpful and sympathetic but my car is a Cadillac. He took my concerns to Drew and that is when Drew came out to speak with me. I have looked up my cars problem on line and talked with numerous friends and other people in parking lots about 2017-2020 Cadillac XT5. Mine is a 2018 and was purchased at this dealership and maintained at this dealership for the last 7 years. Most of the people I talked with are experiencing the same issue and unless you have an extended warranty-the cost to fix the problem is expensive. This dealership has gone downhill in the last two years. So sad! More

Our car buying experience was one of the best we have ever had. Our salesman had done his research and knew all the features of the cars. He listened to our needs and showed us the car that fit our needs ever had. Our salesman had done his research and knew all the features of the cars. He listened to our needs and showed us the car that fit our needs—a 2025 Buick Enclave. Derryl made sure that I understood all of the cars features and after purchasing the car, walked me through the Onstar welcome call and paired my phone to the car. He didn’t let us leave unless all of our questions had been answered. Everyone at the dealership was kind and they didn’t play games during the purchase process. Even the time spent signing the papers in financing was a pleasant experience. They thought of everything. I never knew what I had been missing. A few days after the purchase I had to take the car in of a computer software update. Everyone in the service department was helpful and kind. From the person who took my car, to the person in charge of loaner cars, to Darryl in the service department. The dealership as a whole has gained our trust for the future. More

After getting my oil changed, Lakeland Cadillac found a few items that needed to be fix. I scheduled the appointment, they gave me a rental because the work was going to take the whole day. And the final bill was less than anticipated. I’ve never had a bad experience in the 5years I have been coming to this dealership. More

I have used Buick Lakeland for years. I have always been satisfied with their service. Buick Lakeand is the best. Darrell Rodgers went above and beyond to resolve a warranty issue. He called me several times throughout the day to keep me posted. After much time and research, Darrell had everything taken care of. I told him personally, that he did an excellent job. Although this dealership is across the county from me (30+ miles), it was the closest Subaru Dealership to me. We first went to look at vehicles in June 2024 and Darell was very supportive and gave us a (30+ miles), it was the closest Subaru Dealership to me. We first went to look at vehicles in June 2024 and Darell was very supportive and gave us a lot of information. We test-drove the Forrester, Outback, and Ascent and crawled through the cars to determine the best fit for our family. Darell stayed in contact and we returned in late October 2024. Darell was busy with another customer but remembered my family and our preferences for vehicle. He handed us off to a peer, Idethe, who was also very knowledgeable and supportive. More
